1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must not be a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., intimate products that have been opened due to hygiene reasons).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
If your item does not meet the above criteria, it may not be eligible for a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Approval – Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether your return is eligible.
- Ship the Item – If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund – After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products only.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact support@stellarspoon.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

- Clearance or final sale items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving the item.
8. International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any applicable duties.
- International refunds will be processed in USD, and exchange rate differences may apply.
